Timeline Candle Vessel

$92.00

Timeline Candle Vessel reflects time as a gradual, almost imperceptible process.

Wax is treated not as a fully fixed material, but as a slow-moving medium — one that continues to shift, absorb, and respond long after its initial form is set.

A single line is applied after casting, intended to evolve rather than remain static. Over time, the pigment subtly diffuses within the wax, expanding and softening at its own pace. What begins as a point becomes a trace; what appears still continues to change.

Each vessel represents a moment within a longer timeline — shaped by duration, light, and material resistance. The final state is not forced, but reached through waiting, as the material settles into balance.

Slight variations in diffusion, surface texture, and line definition are inherent to the process, making every piece unique. Designed to function as both a candle and an enduring object, the vessel remains as a quiet record of time once the candle has burned away.

Care & Use:

Burn time approximately 4–5 hours.

Always burn under supervision.

Use with water is not recommended.

Each candle is accompanied by a Polaroid taken shortly after the line is applied, documenting an early moment in its timeline.
